To order a product you will need to download TheMailBag App from the iOS or Android store. Set up an account using your email address that you plan on using to order products with, as the app is automatically linked up this email during purchase.

You will also need to create a login for our website. This is different to the login for the app, but feel free to use the same password for ease of use. The website portal will allow you to see recent purchases, & cancel current subscriptions or trials. When you cancel your subscription, it will still continue for the length of duration purchased.

Head to the webstore & purchase your product. As mentioned, use the same email address that you registered with for the app. Complete billing details, enter any discount promos & checkout. Please only purchase one product at a time. The app can only handle one individual product in one transaction. If this has occurred, please contact peter@themailbag.com.au.

TheMailBag store is now divided into ‘One-Off Purchases’, which simply last for the length of purchase with no renewal, & ‘Subscriptions’ which automatically renew after the period of time. Subscriptions can be managed with your website login.

Your order should automatically link up to the app within 5 minutes. You will receive two emails, firstly a receipt & the second a confirmation of the order being complete, which means the app is ready.You can also check this in the app: hit the menu button, select My Profile, and then Subscriptions. You should see the product there, and previous notifications when selecting the bell button. If this does not occur within 5-10 minutes, please contact peter@themailbag.com.au for a resolution.

After purchase, always check the app for previous notifications by selecting the ‘bell’ button. Bets can be sent at any time. Active members can also access the chat room within the app.
